What's your motivation this week?
So it's Monday again and I didn't do so great this past week, I fluxed up about a pound. I didn't work out last week and I should have. So I'm gonna buckle down and do better this week. We have another weigh-in Saturday and I want to be as close to on track as possible.
I'm not as motivated as I want to be today, so I'm trying to get myself psyched up for this week!

I was the same way this didnt do as well as I thought that I could have done. But I know that you can get it done this week to keep on track for your weigh in!
