I'm pretty excited, I lost 6.5 pounds last week! As far as inches I've already lost 2.5 from my stomach, 3 from my bust, and 2 from my hips!
My goal last week was to walk 2 miles at least 5 days, I got 4 days, but not quite the 2 miles. You see drinking water makes you pee, and I don't think the other community members at my local track would've liked to see me pop a squat along the edge of the trees. I was always able to walk a mile though and sometimes more before the bladder gave out. We did hike Saturday though for 4.5 miles so that's gotta make up for something :)
The up side is that I now have an adapter to plug in my treadmill, so I can use that at home and take potty breaks when needed. So my goal for this week is the same as last plus I want to do this routine when I'm done walking.

Playing on Pinterest I found a few great Motivational things, and even a few craft ideas!
I had to deviate from my reward plan, because I got a GC from eShatki when I registered and they didn't have the shirt I wanted anymore. So now I will already have the cute blue top and before vacay I will treat myself to this little beauty!
