Happy Monday Bloggy Buddies! I had a long weekend! Lots of unwanted distractions and not enough sleep. So I thought today I'd keep it light.
The best part of my weekend was dinner with Jason on Saturday night. With everything that has happened, he and I never had an opportunity to celebrate his birthday with just the two of us. So I cooked for him Saturday night, and it was really yummy (even if I did make it myself). We had what I am now calling Steakhouse Meatloaf (recipe to come later), and Crash Hot Potatoes. For dessert, I made this delicious Skillet Cookie! It was soo good. We had it hot with ice cream.

I made myself a dress last week and wore it for St. Paddy's Yesterday. Of course I left my camera and SD card at Jason's apartment, but I'll share a full post on my little refashion later this week.

Yummy! Everything sounds so good. I saw your post on instagram or FB on that cookie and i thought you were at a restuarant. I cant wait to see your dress you made.
