Still going! I'm down a little more this week! I got off to a bumpy start since I celebrated Father's Day three times! But it worked out in the end and now I'm down a total of 11 pounds in three weeks!
I still didn't meet my work out goals. I walked two miles with Jen Tuesday and went for a four mile hike with J on Saturday. It was pretty awesome.
So this week the goal is three days. I know I'll walk with Jen Tuesday and Thursday and hopefully I can hike with J again next Saturday or Sunday.
I'm making a lot of progress at work and I'm getting excited about some upcoming projects. I'm starting to re -think my decision to leave! So I hope to continue the trend this week! Here's to keeping up the momentum!
